What we look for
You are measured on whether the thing works in production, not on hours logged against a ticket. If something is at risk you raise it that week, not the week it slips.
Decisions live in documents, not in your head. You leave behind work that someone else can pick up without booking a meeting with you.
We are distributed across three continents. You are comfortable making progress without someone watching, and comfortable saying when you are stuck.
You have opinions about architecture, naming and tests, and you can also tell when the pragmatic call beats the elegant one.
